About the Invitational

Once upon a time there was a legendary musical sensation known as Tar Beach. They started out at Lafayette College, continued touring throughout those first post-college jobs, and then left the cubicle confines to pursue their music full-time.

After reaching great success throughout New England and fielding many recording offers, they decided to choose their musical integrity over a corrupt industry and went on to more lucrative professions, wives, and families.

Once a year they gather again to drink, reminisce, play music, compare handicaps... and drink.
